Refund policy

Returns/Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for items that were incorrect on my behalf, or a manufacturer defect. Items that were wrongfully submitted from customer will not be refunded. (monograms/ sizing) Anything Monogrammed or Name Smocks will not be refunded since it is personalized on your behalf. Please make sure you are triple checking your spelling prior to checking out. This cannot be altered or changed in anyway once your order has been submitted. By paying your invoice, you agree that the names/sizes are correct.If there is a manufacturer defect, please email me with your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and pictures of the item that was affected. Failure to include this information could delay my ability to correct this issue. 

Issues with defective items: If available, I will offer you a replacement. If not, defective items are eligible for a remake, refund or credit only. If a remake is chosen, the defective item is expected to be returned, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original clear packaging. Turnaround time will vary based on inventory.

ETA/TAT: Each item listed will have an ETA in the description. ETA, this means the time is ESTIMATED not EXACT! I cannot guarantee items by any specific date due to any unforeseen delays that may occur during both the manufacturing and shipping process. Things happen beyond my control and can cause items to be delayed. I will always send an update if items are delayed. No refunds will be given on delayed ETA's unless it is a something I can personally control myself.

ANY item that is being returned or exchanged, regardless of the condition, MUST be unworn, unwashed and still have the original tags attached and be in the clear packaging. Personalized items are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange unless it is on my behalf.

ALL sales are final and are nonrefundable unless there is a determined manufacturer defect.
