We kindly ask that you inspect your items upon receiving them. Any manufacturing defects must be reported to Rosie Posie Designs, LLC within 3 business days of delivery. Please email rosieposiedesignsllc@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and clear photos of the affected item.
Refunds will only be issued for items that are incorrect due to an error on our behalf or a manufacturer defect. Items that were incorrectly submitted by the customer (including monograms and sizing errors) are not refundable.
All monogrammed or name-smocked items are personalized and non-refundable. Please triple-check all spelling and sizing before checking out, as these details cannot be altered or changed once your order has been submitted. By paying your invoice, you acknowledge that all names and sizes are correct.
Once an order is placed, no cancellations can be made, as all supplies are ordered in advance to fulfill your order. Issues with defective items:
If available, a replacement will be offered. If a replacement is not available, defective items are eligible for a remake, refund, or store credit only.
If a remake is selected, the defective item must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original clear packaging. Turnaround time for remakes will vary based on inventory availability.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed by our staff, the customer will have 7 business days to provide tracking information for the return of the affected item. Paid return labels are issued for manufacturer defects only. Shipping costs for any other issues will be the responsibility of the customer.
Failure to provide tracking information for the defective item within 7 business days will result in the item no longer being eligible for an exchange, refund, remake, or store credit.
Returning an item for a store credit or refund:
Store credits and refunds willnotbe issued until the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Any item returned that is worn, washed, missing original tags, or without the original clear packaging will not be eligible for a store credit or refund.
Any worn or washed items are NOT returnable, refundable or eligible for an exchange under any circumstance.
ETA/TAT: Each item listing includes an estimated time of arrival (ETA). Please note that all ETAs are estimated, not exact. I cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date due to potential delays during the manufacturing or shipping process that are outside of my control.
While I always strive to meet stated ETAs, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In the event of a delay, updates will be communicated as they become available. Refunds will not be issued for delayed ETAs unless the delay is due to circumstances fully within my control.
*ANY item being returned or exchanged, regardless of condition, must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original clear packaging. Personalized items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the error was made on our behalf.
